Terms

ORDER PROCESSING:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
• During processing, if we find any portion of the order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and do our best to resolve the issue. 
• Orders weighing over 16 ounces require manual invoicing to ensure accurate shipping rates and will be generated within 1-3 business days.

PAYMENTS:

• PayPal is the sole payment method accepted.
• Orders that have not been paid for within 3 business days may be subject to a non-paying buyer report and order cancellation. 

PACKAGING:

• All orders are packaged carefully and in a way that we would appreciate receiving, we are also collectors.
• To minimize excessive packaging, all NEW parts will be packed together, all USED parts will be packed together, and all MINIFIGS will be packed individually. If you require a different type of packaging, please note this in the comments (as "pack all lots individually"). 
• To minimize environmental impacts, we may re-use plastic zip bags or packaging materials. Re-used items are clean, and may show some wear.

MISSING ITEMS:

• If your order arrives and there are any pieces missing, please do not leave a negative review. Instead, kindly contact us first and allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem for you. Please allow us the opportunity to make it right first. Your satisfaction is our priority!

RETURNS:

• If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any PayPal refund. 
• If the order was lost or damaged during shipping, and you purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced upon availability or a PayPal refund will be issued.  If no insurance coverage was purchased, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS and/or replacing lost or damaged pieces at your own cost.

CONDITION DEFINITIONS:

• NEW means never played with or displayed. It does not mean mint, as pieces may sustain normal wear while shipping.
• NEW bricks are removed directly from original packaging or the PAB wall and put into storage.
• NEW minifigs are removed from original packaging and put into storage (these may be unassembled or assembled).

• USED means that it may include playwear. However, we will only list used items that we would use or display in our own collections. 
• USED bricks will not include anything excessively chewed, scratched, or yellowed.
• USED minifigs will have a note of any condition issues such as scratches, cracks, or indentations identified during processing.

SHIPPING:

• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • Packages weighing up to 15.99 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Package (Domestic) or USPS First Class Package International (Canada).
  • Packages weighing 16 ounces or over are shipped via USPS or UPS in the most cost-effective manner.
  • If you require expedited USPS or UPS shipping, please request a quote.
• Orders are shipped to the address in PayPal only.
• We ship to the US and Canada only.
